Amanda + Mike
Not only was this my first ever destination-engagement session, but it was also my first time in Colorado! Amanda and Coleman are good friends of mine (we all call him Coleman, it honestly feels weird to call him “Mike” so just go with it), and they are such adventurers that it only felt right to capture their engagement in a place that they love so much! When Amanda told me that they wanted to do an adventurous engagement session, we played around with the idea of North Carolina or Tennessee, but ultimately ended up choosing Denver since they were already going to be there for a snowboarding trip (yes, they are badasses, but that’s besides the point). The three of us spent two jam-packed days together, filled with endless gorgeous views, way too many stomach-aching laughs, mouth-watering burritos, and late-nights scrolling through the pictures we captured that day. The two of them remind me so much of my relationship with my boyfriend it’s not even funny.. They were so giddy and silly the whole time that it truly felt like I was just on a fun vacation with my friends. This trip was such a blast and I’m just so beyond grateful to be the one that was lucky enough to be a part of such a special moment. Congratulations to the new Mr. + Mrs. Coleman!
